Minor portability improvements #82

Hello.

Here a few fixes for your MISP rpm, allowing to build it on CentOS 8 (and probably on RHEL too) without having to rebuild all the distribution build chain first, just to have python 3.9. I have a few actual enhancements to submit next, but I need to be able to rebuild the package first to check their applicability.

thank you for your pull request. Have you seen I have a specific RHEL8 spec file (misp8.spec)? The misp.spec is heavily bound to RHEL7 and I don't have plans to make it to work for RHEL8 as well.

Indeed. I should have figured it myself, as I installed the "misp8" package...

Here are the first two changes. I can't finish building the package, as the following source file (misp-workers8.pp) is missing from the repository.
