exercise and solution for nb 04 #56

fixes #39

Added a simple exercise and solution, removed the %load solutions/04....py though; I think it may be too tempting for some people :P

hm I usually had a commented out command to load the solution. We could also say "solution is in filename" which makes it a bit harder.

Okay, I will add the links to the notebooks then and comment them out. I mean, this is not an "exam" :) so why making it so hard :P
