To automatically add a bot based on the assigned label when creating an issue via Github Actions

Describe breifly how would you implement the same.

1. Create a GitHub Actions workflow file, such as .github/workflows/issue-labeler.yml, in project's repository.
2. create support advanced-issue-labeler.yml in .github to mapped connnection
