🚀 [Feature Request] - On pagination auto scroll to the top

Is your feature request related to a problem ? Please describe. ✍️

On pagination in the contributors page whenever user paginate scroll to top should happen as of now user need to scroll to top manually for every page change which is not a good user experience.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to reproduce-
1. Go to contributors page
2. Now try to do pagination
3. scroll to top not happening
