🚀 [Feature Request] - Adding Interactive AI Text and Voice Assistant for FAQ Questions and Navigation on Amoupedia Website

Amoupedia, an online knowledge-sharing platform, aims to provide valuable information to its users through a vast collection of articles and resources. As the platform grows, it becomes essential to enhance the user experience and accessibility by integrating an Interactive AI Text and Voice Assistant. This feature will empower users to interact with the website using natural language, enabling them to ask FAQ questions and receive immediate responses, as well as navigate the website seamlessly.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

**Proposal:**
We propose adding an Interactive AI Text and Voice Assistant to the Amoupedia website, which will be a user-friendly and efficient way to assist visitors in finding information, resolving queries, and browsing through the platform's content.

**Functional Requirements:**
1. **FAQ Support:** The AI Assistant should be able to answer frequently asked questions about the platform, its services, and general inquiries about relevant topics.

2. **Natural Language Processing (NLP):** The assistant should be equipped with NLP capabilities to understand user queries in various formats and provide relevant and accurate responses.

3. **Voice Integration:** Users should have the option to interact with the assistant using voice commands, in addition to text input.

4. **Seamless Navigation:** The assistant should be capable of guiding users to specific articles or sections on the website, making it easier for them to find the information they seek.

5. **User Personalization:** The assistant can offer personalized recommendations based on a user's browsing history and preferences.

6. **Contextual Understanding:** The AI should be able to maintain context throughout the conversation, ensuring a smooth and natural interaction.
