🐞 [BUG] - hamburger animation not properly functioning 🙅🏻

Description

The hamburger animation not properly working, the hamburger icons are inconsistent in size after toggling that.
The animation also feels laggy.

Current behaviour

The Hamburger button is misplaced during toggling that to open menu

Expected behaviour

The Hamburger menu needs to be work fine without any issues.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'Project Amupedia Website'
2. Put the Website into `Responsive Design Mode`, then select any `Mobile` device
2. Toggle the 'Hamburger'
4. See error
