🚀 [Feature Request] - Dark mode Functionality

Enhancement I want to add a dark mode toggler functionality to the website that will provide ease to users for enabling different modes accordingly. I am willing to work on this feature kindly assign this to me under GSSOC23.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. I will use HTML5 for the structure of the theme toggler.
2. I will use CSS3 for the styling of the theme toggler.
3. I will use JavaScript for providing functionality to the theme toggler.
