Add hovering effect in the navbar list elements so that it will provide better user experience for the website and it will make the website more attractive.

Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.

Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. took the list elements of navbar.
2. apply the hovering effect on the navbar list elements.
3. give a better UI for hovering the list element.
