On Ludus

Ludus is a simple slot game.

It is played on a 2 by 2 board. You, first, make a bet. Then, four of at least seven distinct elements are picked and placed on the board in a specific order. Now you check to see, how many of six distinct combinations you have. You win the amount you bet times the number of these combinations. You lose your bet otherwise.

P.S. We want to name the elements after an iconic Armenian series on mafia and honour: Vorogayt /Որոգայթ/.

I was fiddling with the board plotter and came up with this:

Unfortunately, this cannot be rendered properly on all terminals, since Unicode is something new and not largely supported yet. We'll get there one day.

P.S. Not sure about the whole cross thing though. God in gambling may be a bit sacriligous.

Today, while gambling, I stumbled upon a slot that, had only one line with three elements. I'd our first game to be as simple as possible, and Ludus is, obviously, more complicated than a single line. We need to come up with one.
