Keep code-example Wiki pages in Git repository, synchronise them automatically #100

While going over our code examples, in particular the Pygr Cookbook, to
convert them to Restructured Text - with actual code as doctests, wherever
possible - and add the resulting files to our Git repository. That way it
will be easier to automatically check whether these examples still work
after changes to Pygr code.

In order to have these examples published on the Wiki, a ReST-to-Wiki
translator will have to be created. Its output will then be uploaded to
Google Code via Subversion.

Unfortunately, the student who was supposed to get this taken care of in time
for
0.8.0 has failed to deliver. While by no means giving up on the idea, it is
presently on hold.
