Link broken on pygr's google code site #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://code.google.com/p/pygr/
2. Click on "Tutorials" under external links
3. Get a 404 Error instead of the latest tutorial version.

Please provide any additional information below.
The link currently points to:
http://biodb.bioinformatics.ucla.edu/pygr_docs/0.8.0/html/guidelist.html
