There exists no way to navigate to the home page #19

There is currently no way to navigate to the homepage short of URL manipulation. This is a bit of a problem. While I still need to rethink navigation to some extent, I think I'm going to do the easy fix of just adding a "Home" link to the top of each page.

As the commit log says, it's fixed for now.

We really still need to re-think navigation. But I ain't a designer at this hour of the evening.
