Info on Achievement Lists #28

Achievement Lists do not show console of game on achievement. less useful for readers looking for games to play.

Achievement lists also don't show the name of the person whom created the list. usernames are attached to an actual name?

Please remember that a game can multiple ports.

Usernames are attached to actual names, we can display those if we'd like.
