Add only.gc and only.kt to plotting functions #11

Add optional arguments only.gc and only.kt to plotting functions plot.fitStMoMo and plot.bootStMomo to permit the plotting of only the cohort or period parameters, This is similar to what is available in plot.forStMoMo
