docs: updated README.md with link to TestFlight app

Description
successfully built to iPhone via Xcode and uploaded to Apple App Store Connects TestFlight
moved all iOS build instructions out of README.md and into docs/build_ios.md
build_ios.md has link to download TestFlight, which leads to option to download current Open Mindset app for iOS.
3 .jpg logo images were created/added to stores_presence/logos/logos_for_ios. These are necessary for Apple App Store requirements.
modified requirements.in to include Kivy==2.2.1 and pygame==2.5.2
