Bug: Ongoing prompt to switch network #65

Describe the bug When you connect your wallet, it prompts to switch network a few times.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "Contribute"
  2. Click on 'Connect' > Prompts Request to Switch to "Optimism".
  3. Click "Switch network" > Prompts Request to Switch networks again to "Ethereum".
  4. Button changes to "Wrong Network"
  5. After disconnecting and switching networks a few times, finally allows you to sign to submit

Expected behavior "Contribute" > Connect > First prompt to switch if you aren't on Optimism > Submit
