how to enable g729ab #579

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enabled  app_config->media_cfg.no_vad = 0; in call.m 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in sdp annexb=yes showing, but silence packets are not sending from the 
application, can you help me how we can enable the g729ab for siphon application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
