Insert table where the cursor was instead of at the beginning
Show widget also when rendering Quill editor with existing content (selection doesn't change but the content does)
Support readOnly/isEnabled
Support multiple instances of quill editors in DOM and fix toolbar button position
Fix indent (previous commit can be used to see diff more clearly)
