feat: tauri desktop app #1

The desktop app is soon switching from electron to tauri, and I want to make sure the app can still build properly

There are some things that I need to do beforehand, such as making a new channel for the tauri builds to separate them from the edge channel

I was thinking of doing something similar to what Ubuntu did with their app centre, where they had a channel called edge/preview for the builds of the now released app centre rewrite

[ ] Investigate how to make new channels with custom names
[ ] Set up tauri builds for the new client
[ ] Make new GitHub action that automatically builds the app and publishes it to edge/preview

It seems like the client is located on revoltchat/frontend, as opposed to being inside the desktop repo.
