Feature: add containerization of the app

[x] Add dockerfile for nuxt app
[x] Add environment variables on secrets.example file and set it on docker-compose.yml file
[x] Add multi-container app with docker-compose (psql, pgadmin and nuxt app)
[x] Add documentation of how to use it

resolves #29
