sounds in Chrome Mac sound fuzzy #175

Play any sound while in Chrome 10.0 > and the audio sounds muffled and fuzzy.

It appears this is a documented issue with Chrome, particularly with MacOS. I've tested sounds on the Windows version of Chrome and it works fine. Some sounds work fine, while others don't. I've tested different frequencies, bitrates, and lengths (by adding silence at the end of tracks), but there is no consistency in what works and what doesn't.

We decided that the solution is to not support Mac Chrome, and force users to use Safari or Firefox.
