We should be able to keep track of who is working on resolving a suggestion, and see that in the suggestion list. There's currently no where to put that information.
What is your idea?
[x] Add an assignee to the suggestions table
[x] Add a person drop down on the suggestion page
[x] Replace the reporter with the assignee on the suggestions list
