Add BibTeX / RIS files #67

Mainly wanted to say thank you and suggest adding downloadable BibTeX / RIS files to easily import the book into citation software.

Thanks for the feature suggestion! This would be a feature we could add to Bookish, the publishing platform I use to generate the static books. My attention is on other projects at the moment, but if you are so inspired, here's the repo:

And here's the supplementary repo that generates books from the command line:

https://github.com/amyjko/bookish-reader

(That would be a suitable place to generate BibTeX/RIS files from the references in the book's JSON file).

If that's not your jam, I or someone else can work on this later.
