Add a chart describing tradeoffs between continuous and discrete text entry
Though I know what the Palm Pilot is, many people do not know what it is and need further reference. I believe it could benefit from video examples. Additionally, I think that the Swipeboard is an interesting enough example to be included besides the Zoomboard.
It would be nice to include a photo of the 21st-century cell phones mentioned in discrete input.
I wish you had spent more time talking about the shifting contexts/abilities that keyboards will need to adapt to in the future. I know that various keyboards like smart TV or VR are a pain to type on and would've liked to see what articles you recommend some articles that talk about what direction that might evolve in.

The only thing is that the first paragraph right after “Continuous input” that talks about the primary benefit of the “Discrete input” should be moved to the “Discrete input” section instead of being in the “Continuous input” section, because I feel like it’s more clear that way, that each section should just contain the description that belongs to that section.
