more settings around attachments #20

allow only certain extensions, allow only certain size.

doesn't really make sense to reject all emails with attachments - even ones that are whitelisted?

yeah, I agree. we should maybe also let people create a filter like "always/never hold messages with attachments for moderation"

as another attachment setting, people might not want their moderators to see attachments (specific case for this was someone was threatened w/ "revenge porn" and the harasser sent them the images.)
