This
1) changes the base URL so by default we send emails from and use squadbox.org in our links
2) changes all the lamson routes to look for either of squadbox.org and squadbox.csail.mit.edu
since we no longer have squadbox set up on a dev server I couldn't test this exact code change, but I manually edited the code on the prod server for a single route and this fixed it there
