On page load (and when clicking View: All Comments), all branches with summarized comments are expanded
Each comment now has a visible id in the top left corner
Evaluate Summary modal now allows adding and removing from unsummarized list
- Add drop down: shows summarized children ids (recursively) and selecting one will mark it as unsummarized (and save)
- Unsummarized list: shows all unsummarized children ids (recursively) and selecting multiple will mark those are summarized (and save)

Updates:

Show that summary nodes have unsummarized comments with (dark orange / light blue) color
- No longer expands out unsummarized child branches
Checklist for summarized comments (unchecking = makes unsummarized; checking = make summarized): see Evaluate Summary
Evaluate Summary Modal: show two sides (summary node, relevant comments, and ids)
Plus button: add brand new comment to Wikum (not just a reply to existing comment)
