Some small issues in coding setup pages #175

For ex: "In settings.py, change , , and to the same values as in private.py."
There's also no mention of installing or setting up redis locally, how to install celery or how to install rabbitmq.
This line is out of date: "This project uses Django as backend as well as python, MySQL, pip and virtualenv."

Also deployment_setup.md is not linked in the main readme.

Are we still running apache at all? If so let's put info on the apache configs here.
