Incosistent formatting of examples #13

As marked out, sometimes the word is capitalised and in the next page, that's not the case. It should all be lowercase letters for both cases.

The message is still delivered and it does not affect the cosmetic or the functionality of the examples, hence it does not hamper the understanding of the readers at all.
