invoice portfolio Id is different from portfolioId，i can not Connect them #224

1，the module of invoice url is：https://advertising.amazon.com/API/docs/en-us/billing#tag/invoice/operation/getInvoice image

2，the module of portfolio url is ：https://advertising.amazon.com/API/docs/en-us/reference/2/portfolios#tag/Portfolios-extended/operation/listPortfoliosEx image

the two portfolio id is not same ,so i can get invocie by my portfolio is of i saved，
