Add compatibility with PHP 8.3 #1238

This PR add PHP 8.3 version as allowed when using the module.

Magento 2.4.7 will suport PHP 8.3 version.

Thanks for the attention here, and just FYI we have an internal ticket to track compatibility testing with PHP 8.3. We don't anticipate there being any significant breaking changes, but wanted to announce that we're doing some testing/analysis in addition to simply declaring the compatibility in the composer.json.
