[QUESTION] Access to other sellers api calls via main developer account #2928

We have a developer account with MWS access (MWS credentials) our account is private, we provided our developer id to our clients(amazon sellers) and they authorized us, and provided their token (MWS Authorization Token). Now we are trying to migrate to SP-API, added an application image

and through the link try to add our app (Link->To authorize an application to access a different account, sign in to that account.) image

but get an error ("You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Please ensure you have completed the Developer Registration and Assessment Process or the app you are trying to update is associated with your developer ID.").

Can some one explain steps to successful connect sellers api calls(SP-API) via the developer account?. Thanks for any advice
