Amazon refuses to activate the developer account #2962

Hello, we have to develop a module for our CRM at the request of a customer, We need to develop a module for our CRM at the request of a customer, with which we can pick up Amazon orders (NON FBA) directly from the API to be able to switch to the customer management (Mago di Zucchetti) to carry out the activities of warehouse and billing. With the same method we are already managing orders of other systems without problems.

We should pick up the list of orders, the data of each (header and rows), customer data.

It’s been since March that we try, first with the customer account, then with our new account created specifically, but we are always rejected, often with unclear reasons.

Is it possible to have information about how to handle this unpleasant condition so that we can do the work for our client?

I leave below for knowledge the IDs of the cases opened with our account, but I have at least 3 more open cases with the customer account:

Thank you for providing the Case IDs. I have submitted a request with the Registration Team, and they will get back to you via that same registration case within the next 2 business days.
