[FEATURE] ERROR: UpdateShipmentDeliveryWindow is not supported in marketplace ATVPDKIKX0DER." #561

Describe the improvement FulfillmentInboundV2024_03_20 => UpdateShipmentDeliveryWindow operations' documentation makes no mention of which marketplaces the operation is supported in. Rather than making us guess and check where this can be used (I suspect nowhere to be entirely honest), the documentation could state where this is supported.

URL of the content on GitHub This content is still not in this GitRepo

Description of what the documentation currently says Doesn't say anything about which marketplace's are and are not supported

Description of what the documentation should say A list of marketplaces we can use this in.

From Developer Support

I understand that you're getting error "UpdateShipmentDeliveryWindow is not supported for Marketplace" . The UpdateShipmentDeliveryWindow operation is not available in the early access to New Fulfillment Inbound API, It will become available after the APIs are generally available.

From the docs:

Early access provides you with preview of functionality that may not be fully supported until the APIs are generally available. For the Fulfillment Inbound API v2024-03-20, additional functionality will become available after the APIs are generally available, including: New feature: Viewing and selecting one of the available delivery windows for a shipment to arrive at an Amazon facility. This is a change from the functionality described in the use case guide, which allows a client to submit a delivery window start date when confirming a transportation option for a shipment (refer to confirmTransportationOptions).

So I gather that this is not supported in any marketplace, and will never be? Why is this in the documentation then?

This is a very old issue that is probably not getting as much attention as it deserves. We encourage you to check if this is still an issue after the latest release and if you find that this is still a problem, please feel free to open a new issue and make a reference to this one.
