Description

Add an example get-credentials.sh script for development environments that-

read credentials from ~/.aws/credentials[1]
attempts to assume the role passed into the script
prints the credentials to standard out of the script

Exit criteria

Add an example get-credentials.sh script to the repository
Add instructions to the README for using this example script.
