Security tracker dependencies

This issue can be used for tracking security vulnerabilities in our direct dependencies, which should be fixed with high urgency. If they cannot be auto-fixed, we should fork/replace the dependency until it's fixed at the source For devDependencies see: https://github.com/amzn/style-dictionary/issues/1061

Vulnerabilities in the past that have been resolved

Upgrade change-case to v5 (from v4), has some breaking changes to be addressed.
