Notebook Testing

Issue #, if available: Issue #13

Description of changes:

• Added test for notebooks:
  • A temporary copy of each notebook is made
  • The notebook is run
  • Any errors in the notebook are reported in the test
  • The notebook copy is deleted
• Added requirements file for demos
• Only running notebook tests in schedules builds
