Rename deprecated (now removed) "bro" references to "zeek"
Fixed various issues in .cc and .pac files for namespaces, renamed types, include file locations, etc.

Any chance of this getting accepted? Zeek v4.1 and higher has been out for a while now. I've been using the code from this PR for months without issue. Thanks!
