resolution problem

when changing the resolution from 1280x720 to 1920x1080 the game unfolds to the whole screen and becomes completely black. after that only the cursor Genshin Impact is visible on the screen. this is solved by hiding and expanding the window, but the resolution remains 1280x720 stretched to the whole screen. in the settings at the same time shows that the resolution is 1920x1080.

this problem was solved by removing the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\miHoYo\Genshin Impact directory from the registry editor inside the Launcher

To do this -

• go to settings
• go to the "General" category
• open "Wine Tools"
• open "Registry editor"
• there, find the above directory and delete it completely

now you can run the game normally!
