sorry for the very late reply, but as someone who occasionally updates the pacscript to the latest version, I believe the launcher not installing with pacstall on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS was intentional, although I don't daily drive 22.04, I do have to use it on my Uni's computers, I've tried running the binary file (what the pacstall installs) directly manually and I found it to not launch, and if I remember correctly when I tried it out on Linux Mint (back then based on 22.04) it also didn't launch.
I wouldn't investigate further why exactly it doesn't launch (as I don't use 22.04), but I'm pretty sure installing via flatpak instead would work, so try that instead, or upgrade to a more recent version of Ubuntu or Linux distro.
Steps to reporduce:
Follow the installation link for Ubuntu: https://pacstall.dev/packages/an-anime-game-launcher-bin
Copy / Past the instructions: sudo bash -c "$(wget -q https://pacstall.dev/q/install -O -)" pacstall -I an-anime-game-launcher-bin
Here is the output:
CPU is a Ryzen 9 7900, GPU is a RX 6700XT Driver is running the linux driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/linux-drivers (as I need ROCm)
