Right now, the launcher shows all the different game versions as separate titles with the same artwork:
I'd like to suggest three possible solutions to improve the appearance of the launcher:
1) Retrieve artworks in the original language to better differentiate the titles
2) Add a filter in the main page to hide non-global versions
3) (My personal favorite) Show just the three game titles in the main page and add a drop-down menu inside each one, so the user can choose which instance of the game they want to play / install / configure (many launchers already use this method).
This prevents the issue you would have with Honkers for example, where you have to provide multiple filters for the different regions apart from Global and China.
Maybe the best approach would be to incorporate all three features altogether.
