To have the same effect with Honkers Launcher:
Navigate to your prefix folder (/home/USER$/.local/share/honkers-launcher/prefix/)
Open user.reg with a text editor
Navigate to "GENERAL_DATA_V2_PersonalGraphicsSettingV2_h3480068519"
Change the hex numbers in the asterisks to your desired FPS (in hex). Below, I have it configured to 120 FPS.
