game randomly makes the screen vanish into one solid color

after a seemingly random time the game causes to flash uncontrollably and nothing is visible, it doesnt matter if its combat or the overworld, the only thing visible are the menus

when trying to run via terminal it doesnt give me any kind of error, this has only been happening for a couple of days the distro would be endeavouros/arch, i never had this happen before

I have noticed that this issue only happens when a controller is used, out of the controllers I have used the dualshock 4 and xbox 360 have had this issue. My 8bitdo pro 2 has been fine however.

I have the exact same setup, DS4, arch linux, and Endeavour OS. Have you found any solution?

The problem occurs on GPUs with a small amount of VRAM. Update DXVK to version 2.5. I had the same problem with 6GB VRAM, after updating to DXVK 2.5 the problem disappeared
