The editor should track a cursor position in a buffer.

It should:

[x] display the current cursor position (doesn't have to blink or do anything fancy)
[x] move left and right in the line when the ← and → keys are pressed
[x] move to the next line/previous line when the ↓ and ↑ keys are pressed

Finished in cddfe87d4a393d0748fea1e35d9cab0ef7a9f177, but there's some issues that need to be fixed.
