Features:

add support for local SD18B20 temperature sensors
add S18B20 data sheet
add NVS param functions
persist active beacon mask to NVS
announce-denounce beacon
show only active devices in last seen and beacon details
add pagenumbers for multipage screens
refactor menu/display
minor text corrections

Bugfixes:

x, y, z payload not correct
fillpoint heap corruption
