Unable to configure address for manual subscriptions

On 1.4b2

On the network tab with Subscriptions selected, I want to manually enter a 
computer to forward to though it seems like the control to enter an address is 
missing. Only the control for the password is available.

Aside from Japanese missing its localization for the label underneath the 
computer icon (In english it is "Valid Until:", in that screenshot it just 
shows a ':'), there is nothing wrong there.  The text field is editable, it 
just wasn't given a permanent bezel.  It can still easily be accessed by either 
a click to the right of the network icon (I have tried, and it is clickable in 
the bulk of the space between network icon and the password field) or by using 
tab to get between fields.

Closing as can't reproduce.

Now that I know that, I verified that I can enter an address in there. Due to 
the localized text completely missing for "Valid Until" I was trying to click 
to the right of the : instead of the icon which was confusing. Checking against 
1.4b1 to figure out why I was confused, the text field was very small and easy 
to miss. Sorry for the confusion.
