When colored scheme is used as main tool for notes monitoring,
it could be opened wider, showing not only the current moment's notes,
but notes on the time/beat grid. Current track notes showed bold,
other notes - thinner. It is useful to make the pop-up tips, which
will show the track name when the cursor is hovered over the note.
