Fixed weapon models, includes deathHUD.

Should be able to ignore the differences it claims are in the MainMenu blueprint files.

Whilst waiting to respawn a player is still standing there visible to everyone else. Probably easiest to teleport them outside the box to a random platform (or just let them fall for 3 seconds).
