Add support for scaling spawned buildings based upon box heights. Scaling can be adjusted by modifying adjustz in SpawnBuilding.

Please merge GPKinectAPI and GPKinectClient's relevant pull requests before merging this one - ideally updating the submodule to point to the merge commit/dev on GPKinectAPI.
