Added question block (there are now 2 question blocks in the map as well).
Edited the death screen and waiting screen text. (Death now just says Respawning in... [number] and Waiting screen says 'Build the level!'). This should fix issue #110.
Edited the letter block texture to make it more colourful.
Edited the static meshes so that the movement replicates. This should fix issue #133 .
